Three major events at Stroud Green Library this month.
On Saturday, 22nd November at 1.30 onwards there will be a Craft Fair, supported by Stroud Green Residents Association which will be providing refreshments.
Our evening talk on Monday, 24th November at 7.30pm will be given by Shosh Morris. She is a member of the Guild of Psychotherapists and has worked for many years in private practice and in schools. Her theme will be the uses of psychotherapy in everyday life-
Ø Understanding the tacit and unconscious frameworks of ones life
Ø How we affect our children’s lives
Ø How we can come to gain insights into our lives and remove subconscious limitations.
Refreshments will be provided.
We plan to have an exhibition of childrens artwork in the library in December. However…. We need to find the artwork. So we are holding a competition to find suitable pieces. Bring your children along to the library on Tuesday 11th or Tuesday 25th November between 2 and 3 pm. Paints and paper provided, any theme, except not perhaps Christmas? Paintings will be selected by library staff.
Lastly, as a special offer, there are no charges on the hire of videos (the old fashioned things made of plastic tape, not DVDs). This offer will last until further notice.
